On March 7, 2019 at 10:13am Officer Linda Gutierrez responded to a car accident at the intersection of E. Livingston Ave. & Brookwood Rd. (east Columbus) What appeared to be a victim of the accident quickly became irate/irrational while Officer Gutierrez was trying to access the situation. The 27-year-old male berated the officer, threatened suicide by cop and continued to approach her when she asked him to back up.

On June 16, officers pulled over a car on South Green Road for an expired license plate. According to the police report, officers discovered that the driver’s license of 22-year-old William Hansford was suspended, and under Ohio law, he was not allowed to drive. All the police wanted to do is impound the car. They told him that he could be arrested but also said they wouldn’t arrest him and even offered a ride home. The dumbass talked himself into an arrest.
