The Broncos had a rookie quarterback, so the defense went head hunting.
Wait a minute there is a lot of shit to load.

Cam Newton took five helmet to helmet shots to the head and the referees saw nothing but the last one that had a convenient offsetting penalty. Tight end Greg Olsen nailed it, noting the officials don’t treat Newton like a normal quarterback, instead giving him the Shaquille O’Neal treatment because he’s bigger and stronger than anyone else.
“We just got to treat Cam like a quarterback,” Olsen said. “I know he’s the biggest guy on the field, but he’s a quarterback.”

Sure Cam is built like and runs like a half back and when he tucks and runs all bets are off. I’d sure as Hell tuck my head with Newton bearing down me. But when he’s standing in the pocket he’s a quarterback and should be afforded all the protection like Brady and Manning (read:”pussies”) get.

One thing I have to say is that Cam Newton is one tough motherfucker. He takes it in stride with class and style, like flossing Bronco defense-men out of his teeth.
Cam Newton eats Von Miller’s helmet, then flosses away the taste.
Sometimes…
You just really need to floss. ?#Kickoff2016pic.twitter.com/OwV2IFRTNO

But..
Where was the fucking coaching staff when Cam got his bell rung? They have as much responsibility to protect the quarterback as does the Line. Where was the concussion protocol when Cam got hit the first time or the second time or the third time or the fourth time or the fifth time?
