German Words

We were riding out to the airplane to go to live in Germany. The wife was bragging to this lady that I spoke German. “Oh yeah?, she says.

“What’s windshield wiper in German?”

Windshield= “Windschieb”

Windshield wiper= “Windschiebschwischer”

The sprayer that squirts the water= “Windschiebschwischerspritzer”

Germans don’t make words they just cobble together old ones or use English.

These aren’t German but cute. You’ll get the drift.
