Abby, CEO and Founder of Abby Gabs is at the San Diego Comicom. Escorted by her dashing husband and my Number One Son Brian. We’re going to post their comings and goings until Abby gets back to a keyboard and uploads her Awesome Comicon Post.

It is said that every plan is destroyed on first contact with the enemy. With Abby’s OCD and Brian’s Teutonic, machine like efficiency you know they had a Good Plan for Comicon. Brian reports that as they stepped into the exhibition hall The Plan flew out The Window. Please imagine the sensory overload of being inside the Nexus of all of your childhood (and some adult) memories.

It sounds something like this….
“OH MY GOD! LOOK! OH MY GOD! LOOK! OH MY GOD! LOOK! OH MY GOD! LOOK!OH MY GOD! LOOK!” LOOOOOK!!!!!”

Then Brent Spiner was right there.
RIGHT THERE!!!!

This is actually my favorite picture because the watermark looks like Abby had a ABBYGABS banner up back behind the Star Wars stuff. Okay, maybe a “life sized” Lego Yoda he is.

There was also lunch with a Captain America (he was looking for a seat). Brian offered him a spot at the table and a wonderful conversation ensued. Details to come.

AND THEN….AND THEN…..AND THEN….AND THEN…..

Abby reports-
“OMG OMG OMG OMG. JOHN BARROWMAN HUGGED ME!!!! AND I HAD MY PICTURE TAKEN WITH HIM!!!
He did smell good! He wrapped his arm around me and held me close the whooooole time. Then after the pic, I congratulated him. He looked me in the eye and smiled really big and said thank you. Oh, and Brian was there too.”
Hey? He could’ve been wearing an ABBYGAB.COM T Shirt? A gal can dream can’t she?

You can also follow Abby on Twitter (@ThatGabbyAbby) and look for the hashtag #ComicConGab.
Yay!! It was total sensory overload. I can’t even imagine the memories that we still have to make. (Also, it wasn’t Brian who captivated the Cap. It was moi. And he was delightful. Maybe even my favorite part about of first Con day.)
